Step 4 - Feedback

We publish information about bids from previous advertising cycles. We tell you the number of applicants that bid for the property, the priority, points and date of registration of the highest bid.

In the vast majority of cases the property will be offered to the person with the most points. There are some exceptions to this:

• Somebody with lower points may be offered a property because they live in the borough and the applicant with higher points lives out of the borough
• An adapted property will be offered to the person whose needs it best matches not necessarily the person with the highest points

This information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to give you individual feedback due to the numbers involved.
